Flowers delivery is carried out in Simferopol and Crimea!
For delivery of an order placed by you, 100% prepayment is required.
Please note that orders go into processing only upon payment.
Delivery within Simferopol from 9:00 to 21:00 is free.
Delivery within Simferopol at night from 21:00 to 9:00 - 500 rubles.
Delivery to other cities is carried out from 9:00 to 20:00, check the cost of the service with the operator or when placing an order.
The possibility and cost of delivery before and after work (out of time), as well as delivery to the exact time you see on the page of the bouquet or & nbsp; check with the manager
Please note that the delivery of separate gifts without ordering flowers is possible if the order amount exceeds 2500 rubles, excluding delivery costs.

Our managers, specifying the possibility of delivery to the specified locality, will immediately contact you, then send the order for execution.
Delivery by prior call to the recipient.
We call up with the recipient before delivery and specify the time and address. When ordering, you can specify that we inform or not inform the recipient that this is a flower delivery. When ordering on holidays, we call up with the recipient in advance (one or several days before delivery), without disclosing information about the customer and gift.
Delivery to the place of work or hotel
If the delivery address of the bouquet is a hotel, hotel or office center, we can guarantee delivery only to the reception, as the courier may be denied access to the room / office. Therefore, for the successful delivery of your order, you must specify the number of the room in which the recipient lives and works and his cell phone number to inform him of the delivered gift.
The order is delivered to the recipient personally and in case of his absence can be left with the neighbors.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery
If the recipient is not in place at the time of delivery, the courier will definitely wait for him 15 minutes. If the recipient does not have the opportunity to accept the gift at the appointed time, the operator will immediately contact you to decide whether to return the delivery at another time. When re-delivery may require additional payment (from the cost of delivery to the price of the ordered goods and delivery services).
If the recipient’s address or contacts were incorrect or incomplete
If the recipient's address or number was incorrectly / incompletely, your order may be significantly delayed. To avoid this situation, please make sure that all the recipient data correspond to reality.
If the bouquet could not be delivered due to an obstacle (closed entrance door, checkpoint system)
If the courier was not warned in advance about possible obstacles, there is a possibility of re-delivery. To avoid such a situation, when placing an order, please indicate the peculiarities of access to the recipient: intercom code, the ability to pass through a checkpoint system, etc.).
After your order has been delivered, you will receive an SMS message, a photo report of the order (We will send you a photo of the bouquet with the recipient, with the recipient’s consent). Messages are sent to Russian numbers, and provided that your country of contact has indicated Russia.

When transferring the order, the courier tells the recipient that the paid bouquet has been delivered to him.
We do not provide customer name or other information.
If you wish to transmit any information to the recipient, you have the opportunity to indicate it in a card attached to the flowers.
